参与并跟进打样过程，确保设计效果在量产阶段的还原度。\n跨部门协同： 与产品经理、结构工程师、机器人调试工程师等紧密配合，确保充分理解用户需求和设计方案落地。\n人机工程与体验验证： 围绕使用场景，通过物理原型（如3D打印）验证硬件交互逻辑，持续优化产品体验。\n设计驱动的产品创新：主动探索机器人技术与人类世界的结合方式，从用户体验出发提出创新方向，可参与定义未来产品形态与交互模式。\n任职要求 / Requirements\n任职要求：\n学历工作背景： 工业设计、产品设计或相关专业，本科及以上学历，至少2年以上相关工作经验者优先。\n设计与审美能力： 具备优秀的视觉审美与设计判断力，拥有前瞻性的设计洞察。能够精准把控简约且具有科技感的设计风格，并具备提炼与构建硬件产品系列化设计语言的能力。\n逻辑理解能力： 具备良好的逻辑思维与系统理解能力，能够快速理解机器人相关产品的基础运行逻辑与技术约束。\n用户体验导向：以用户体验为核心，能够从产品结构布局与交互流程出发，持续优化整体使用体验。\n结构与制造认知： 对塑胶模具、金属加工及软包等制造工艺具备基础认知，能够与结构工程师高效协作并进行技术沟通。\n工具熟练： 精通 Rhino / SolidWorks / Fusion 360 至少一种建模软件，熟练使用 KeyShot 等渲染器;
