/ Requirements\n1、学历：\n统招本科及以上学历，机电一体化、自动化等相关专业。\n2、经验：\n①具备5年及以上机器人、汽车、电机或其他精密机械产品生产工艺设计和优化改善经验\n②有主导产品设计优化或工艺优化的成功案例\n③具备与前端研发进行技术沟通的能力和经验，能推动研发进行设计优化，提升产品的可制造性。\n④具备分析和解决复杂问题的能力，掌握科学的、系统的方法论和工具，如DOE、CPK、FMEA、VA/VE.....。\n3、技能：\n①熟悉精密机械产品的装配工艺、加工工艺、表面处理工艺。\n②具备扎实的机械设计理论知识，能分析产品的结构设计的合理性和评估可制造性。\n③具备较强的数据分析能力，能使用数据分析工具对产品生产过程中的数据进行归纳分析，并制定改善措施。\n④熟悉产品开发及新产品量产导入的流程，有新产品开发或导入量产经验。\n⑤具备较强的沟通协调能力，可以与研发进行技术沟通交流，并推动研发进行设计改善。\n4、其他要求：\n①良好的改善意识，具备严谨的逻辑思维、出色的分析问题和解决问题的能力。\n②良好的跨部门沟通协调能力。具备一定的抗压能力，能适应工作环境和工作任务的变化。","description_format":"text","description_chars":886,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":null,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[{"language":"Chinese","level":"Advanced
