本科及以上学历，3年以上ToB销售或大客户销售经验，有教育行业相关销售经验。\n2. 熟悉教育行业市场及客户采购决策流程，具备高校、职业院校、中小学、教育集团等客户资源者优先。\n3. 具备独立开拓客户、商务谈判及项目运作能力，有成功的项目签约经验，熟悉招投标流程者优先。\n4. 具备较强的商业敏感度和客户需求洞察能力，能够结合客户业务场景挖掘产品应用价值。\n5. 结果导向，自驱力强，具备良好的沟通协调能力及项目推进能力，能够适应一定频率的出差。\n加分项：\n- 有机器人、人工智能、智能硬件、教育信息化、教育装备等相关产品销售经验。\n-
