Come join us.\nThe Opportunity: \nFlexport IT is looking for a Senior IT Systems Engineer to support our SaaS based Collaboration and Endpoint Management platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for the configuration, integration, administration, and support of Google Workspace, Slack, Office365, Confluence, Jira, Okta, Jamf, and Intune. You will play a critical role in ensuring these platforms are secure, scalable, and optimized. The candidate will have broad knowledge across IT as a whole, in-depth hands on working knowledge, and a strong security mindset. \nYour expertise will be critical in automating workflows, protecting sensitive systems and data, mitigating security risks, and maintaining compliance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, lead IT engineering projects, and provide day to day operations support.\nYou Will\nAdminister and provide escalation support for our SaaS platforms.\nImplement and maintain policies, software deployment, patching, and security compliance for our Mac and Windows endpoints, using Jamf and Intune. \nOwn the lifecycle management across our core collaboration and endpoint management platforms. \nDevelop automation scripts and workflows to improve administrative efficiency and user experience (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Okta Workflows).\nMonitor system health, performance, and usage; proactively resolve or escalate issues.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams (Security, Engineering, HR, Legal) to ensure proper alignment and integration of SaaS tools with company infrastructure and processes.\nPerform investigations/discovery across our systems for Legal and HR. \nAssist in vendor management and product evaluations.\nDrive solutions and project work.\nOnboard new applications for single sign-on.\nDevelop and maintain technical operating procedures, policies, and engineering roadmaps.\nWork closely with the Security team to ensure the platform is designed and implemented with security best practices.\nProvide Tier 3 IT support.\nYou Should Have\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or comparable experience).\n3+ years of experience in supporting SaaS Collaboration tools, Mac and Windows endpoint management.\nAbility to communicate and collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.\nIn-depth knowledge of email delivery flow, IT security, and IAM concepts.\nUnderstanding of RBAC and permissions models across core SaaS applications.\nScripting and automation experience.\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills.\nThe range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range displayed, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and / or training.
