Come join us.\nPower Flexport's global growth by optimizing our financial health and liquidity.\nWe are seeking a seasoned Treasury Manager to oversee our global treasury operations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of treasury functions, including cash management, risk management, and financial forecasting. This role will be critical in optimizing our financial resources and ensuring the financial health of the organization.\nResponsibilities:\nCash Management:\nManage global cash positions and optimize cash flows.\nOversee bank relationships and implement efficient banking strategies.\nForecast cash requirements and manage liquidity risks.\nRisk Management:\nIdentify, assess, and mitigate financial risks, including foreign exchange, interest rate, and credit risks.\nImplement hedging strategies to protect the company from adverse market movements.\nMonitor and report on key risk indicators.\nFinancial Forecasting:\nDevelop and maintain accurate financial forecasts and budgets.\nAnalyze financial data and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.\nFinancial Reporting:\nPrepare accurate and timely financial reports, including cash flow statements and balance sheets.\nEnsure compliance with financial reporting standards and regulations.\nBanking Relationships:\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with banks and other financial institutions.\nNegotiate favorable terms on banking services and products.\nTreasury Systems:\nImplement and manage treasury management systems.\nEnsure the accuracy and efficiency of treasury operations.\nTeam Management:\nLead and mentor a team of treasury professionals.\nFoster a positive and collaborative work environment.\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.\nMinimum of 8 years of treasury experience.\nStrong understanding of financial markets and economic trends.\nProven ability to manage complex financial transactions.\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills.\nProficiency in treasury management systems and financial software.\nCertification in Treasury Management (CTM) or similar is a plus.\nThe range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire base salary for the position in the posting's respective region. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range displayed, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and / or training.
