timelines, milestones, and deliverables.\n\n- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.\n\n- Manage the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) for PHP/MEAN stack projects.\n\n- Ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality, scalability, and security standards.\n\nTechnical Oversight :\n\n- Collaborate with development teams to review architecture, code, and design decisions.\n\n- Ensure adherence to coding standards, design patterns, and best practices (SOLID principles, MVC, etc.\n\n- Track technical dependencies, risks, and issues, providing solutions proactively.\n\n- Support deployment, integration, and troubleshooting for production releases.\n\nTeam & Stakeholder Management :\n\n- Lead cross-functional teams including developers, QA, UI/UX, and DevOps.\n\n- Conduct daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives in Agile environments.\n\n- Coordinate with clients, product owners, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and manage expectations.\n\n- Provide status reports, dashboards, and updates to senior management.\n\nQuality & Process Management :\n\n- Implement and maintain Agile / Scrum best practices.\n\n- Ensure unit testing, integration testing, and deployment processes are followed.\n\n- Identify areas for process improvements, automation, and performance optimization.\n\n- Conduct risk assessments and mitigation planning for technical and project challenges.\n\nDocumentation & Reporting :\n\n- Maintain project documentation, requirement specs, and design artefacts.\n\n- Track project KPIs including delivery timelines, resource utilization, and defect rates.\n\n- Provide actionable insights for team performance and project outcomes.\n\nTechnical Skills & Competencies : \n\nCore Skills : \n\n- Strong experience with PHP (Laravel, CodeIgniter, or similar) and MEAN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js).\n\n- Deep understanding of web technologies, REST APIs, MVC architecture, and microservices.\n\n- Experience with Databases (MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL) and query optimization.\n\n- Familiarity with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and deployment strategies.\n\n- Knowledge of Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) is a plus.\n\nProject Management Skills :\n\n- Proven experience in leading software projects, managing technical teams, and delivering on deadlines.\n\n- Hands-on understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.\n\n- Strong problem-solving, risk management, and decision-making abilities.\n\nEducation & Experience :\n\n- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or Engineering (Masters preferred).\n\n- 5 - 10 years of experience in software development and project management, preferably in PHP/MEAN stack environments.\n\n- Prior experience managing medium to large-scale web applications or SaaS products.\n\nSoft Skills :\n\n- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.\n\n- Ability to handle multiple projects and competing priorities.\n\n- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and organizational skills.\n\n- Collaborative mindset with ability to
