  • Personaladministration von Eintritt bis Austritt
  • Erstellen von Verträgen, Zeugnissen und HR-Dokumenten
  • Pflege der Personaldossiers
  • Unterstützung bei Lohnadministration und Absenzen
  • Mithilfe im Rekrutierungsprozess
  • Ansprechperson für HR-administrative Anliegen
  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung, Weiterbildung im HR von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung in der HR-Administration
  • Kenntnisse im Schweizer Arbeitsrecht
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Diskret, zuverlässig und teamorientiert
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
