Notre client basé à la Vallée de Joux, recrute son futur :
Technicien Qualité Produit (H/F)
- Assurer le reporting qualité client ainsi que le suivi des indicateurs et objectifs associés
- Gérer le traitement des retours et non-conformités externes
- Animation des groupes de résolution de problèmes et pilotage les plans d'actions transverses liés aux problématiques et objectifs clients
- Être le référent interne des critères et des données qualité produit des clients
- Assurer la gestion des dérogations et soumissions produits
- Être l'interlocuteur qualité pour l'ADV, la logistique et la production pour la gestion de la qualité client
- Être l'interlocuteur de l'atelier spécifique et du chef de projet Méthodes en phase Plan de Standardisation & Développement
- Piloter et valider l'ensemble des étapes qualité du plan de standardisation & développement
Vous avez une excellente connaissance de base en micromécanique, complété par une formation TQ2. Les outils de résolution de problèmes et amélioration continue (8D, QRCQ, PDCA, etc) sont pour vous une évidence dans votre travail. Vous avez une bonne connaissance des composants horlogers et des techniques de fabrication associées. Vous êtes à l'aise dans la rédaction de documents et l'animation de séance. De nature dynamique, proactif, organisé et structuré, vous avez une excellente capacité d'analyse, un esprit d'équipe poussé et vous êtes orienté action et résultat.
