You'll work directly with founders and an international team across 6 countries to:\n\nDiscover, design, and deliver product features that drive bookings, revenue, and occupancy for coworking operators.\n\nShape the product experience and architecture of an AI-powered e-commerce platform end-to-end.\n\nHelp define the culture, processes, and tooling of a remote, async-first engineering organization.\n\nWhat You'll Do\nOwn problems end-to-end: work with founders and operators to understand needs, then spec, design, and ship product features that drive bookings and revenue.\n\nBuild and evolve our SmartPricing and SmartMarketing agents—pricing rules, targeting logic, and performance monitoring.\n\nCreate seamless booking experiences with instant payment from operator websites.\n\nIntegrate with coworking CRMs, inventory systems, and analytics tools to sync data and prevent double bookings.\n\nUse AI tools (Cursor, Claude) to accelerate development while maintaining sound judgment on architecture and trade-offs.\n\nWrite clear specs, RFCs, and PR descriptions that enable async collaboration across time zones.\n\nWhat Makes You a Great FitWe prioritize these qualities top-down—technical skills can be acquired rapidly by candidates with raw intelligence, low ego, and willingness to work hard.\nAsync-first communication excellence\nYou write clear, structured messages, specs, and documentation that make meetings optional in a globally distributed team.\n\nYou can explain complex product and technical decisions in writing to both engineers and non-technical stakeholders like operators, sales, and customer success.\n\nYou keep teammates across the US, Canada, Israel, Turkey, Philippines and Vietnam unblocked with detailed PR descriptions, status updates, and decision logs rather than waiting for synchronous check-ins.\n\nProduct-minded, high-agency ownership with speed bias\nYou have high agency and accountability: you proactively clarify ambiguous problems, ask the right questions to stakeholders, remove blockers, and drive work from idea to impact without waiting for hand-holding.\n\nYou are a fast learner who can quickly pick up new domains, tools, and concepts, especially around AI, pricing, and B2B SaaS workflows.\n\nYou are genuinely interested in the product, customers, and business context, not just the tech stack.\n\nYou treat engineering as a way to drive operator revenue, bookings, and occupancy—not just to ship code.\n\nYou are comfortable making pragmatic trade-offs between scope, speed, and robustness, especially when iterating toward product–market fit.\n\nYou prefer shipping a \"minimum lovable\" version this week and learning from operators over polishing in isolation.\n\nTechnical versatility with strong fundamentals\nTrack record of building and maintaining production web products, ideally in B2B SaaS.\n\nOur programming languages include Ruby, TypeScript, and Python.
