AI/ML Engineer

We are looking for an AI/ML Engineer to join our team and help build modern technology solutions powered by artificial intelligence and machine learning.

This role is ideal for someone who is genuinely passionate about AI and stays current with the rapid evolution of machine learning, generative AI, and AI-assisted software development. You will have the opportunity to experiment with emerging technologies while building reliable, production-ready solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI and machine learning solutions.
• Build and integrate ML models and AI-powered capabilities into software products.
• Explore and evaluate emerging AI models, frameworks, and development tools.
• Prototype new AI/ML capabilities and help bring successful solutions into production.
• Build data-driven functionality to support analysis and decision-making.
• Use modern AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering efficiency.
• Write clean, maintainable, testable, production-quality code.
• Collaborate with technical, product, and business stakeholders.
• Contribute to technical architecture and engineering decisions.
• Stay current with developments in machine learning, generative AI, LLMs, and AI-enabled software engineering.

Requirements

• Professional experience in Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Strong hands-on experience developing and implementing AI/ML solutions.
• Strong programming and software engineering fundamentals.
• Practical experience with machine learning models, frameworks, and data-driven systems.
• Experience with modern AI technologies and AI-assisted development workflows.
• Ability to evaluate and rapidly adopt emerging AI tools and technologies.
• Experience working with U.S.-based teams or stakeholders.
• Advanced English proficiency, both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving product environment.
