All of these, while having Fun, truly make FlexTrade a wonderful place to work.\nJob Summary\nWe are seeking a highly motivated Associate AWS Cloud Engineer with 2-5 years of hands-on experience in Cloud infrastructure, SRE Practices, automation, and containerized technologies. The ideal candidate should possess a solid understanding of AWS Cloud, Hybrid Cloud environments, CI/CD methodologies, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Linux administration, monitoring, and Kubernetes-based workloads.\nThe candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, automating, and maintaining cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines while ensuring high availability, security, and operational excellence.\nKey Responsibilities\nCloud Infrastructure Management\nProvision, configure, and manage AWS cloud environments.\n\nDesign and maintain secure and scalable infrastructure using AWS best practices.\n\nSupport Hybrid Cloud connectivity between on-premises and AWS environments.\n\nImplement high availability and disaster recovery solutions.\n\nRequirements\nTechnical Skills\nAWS Cloud: EC2, ASG, VPC, NLB/ELB, S3, IAM, Control Tower, EKS, ECS, EFS, EBS, RDS, CloudWatch, CloudTrail, Lambda, SES, and other AWS native services.\n\nInfrastructure as Code (IaC): Terraform and AWS CloudFormation for infrastructure provisioning and automation.\n\nContainers & Orchestration: Docker, Podman, Kubernetes (EKS/AKS), Argo CD, Helm, and ECS.\n\nOperating Systems: RHEL, Amazon Linux, Rocky Linux, and Windows Server administration including patching, hardening, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.\n\nConfiguration Management: Ansible and Puppet for automation and configuration management.\n\nCI/CD & SRE : Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, and Jenkins; understanding of SRE Practices.\n\nMonitoring & Logging: Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, logging, alerting, and observability practices.\n\nScripting & Automation: Bash, PowerShell, Python, Go (preferred), and YAML.\n\nNetworking & Security: Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, Routing, VPN, Load Balancing, Firewalls, IAM, Security Groups, and cloud security fundamentals.\n\nPreferred Certifications\nAWS Cloud Practitioner\n\nAWS Solutions Architect Associate\n\nGood to Have\nGitLab administration experience.\n\nKnowledge of Cloud Computing Practices.\n\nExposure to Service Mesh technologies.\n\nMulti-account AWS environments using Control Tower.\n\nFinOps and Cost Optimization knowledge.\n\nExperience with multi-cloud environments.\n\nSecurity and Compliance framework exposure.\n\nKey Competencies\nStrong troubleshooting and analytical skills.\n\nGood communication and teamwork.\n\nOwnership mindset and operational excellence.\n\nAbility to work in Agile/Cloud Ops Environments.\n\nContinuous learning and adaptability.\n\n**FlexTrade Systems, Inc. does not accept unsolicited resumes from search firm recruiters.
