All of these while having fun truly makes FlexTrade a wonderful place to work.\n\nAbout You\nThe successful applicant will work on our flagship Sell Side Order Management System, FlexOMS, throughout the implementation and support aspects of the project delivery lifecycle, working across our global teams and client facing with our investment banking / trading clients.\nResponsibilities\nResponsibilities include both client facing and technical aspects to provide a high-quality technical relationship between our clients and the Client Services team:\nRelationship Management:\nLiaise with clients directly to define and understand business and workflow requirements.\nBuild rapport with the client teams and stakeholders.\nManage client expectations and clearly communicate timelines.\nAct as primary technical contact to allocated clients for new requirements, support and project deliverables\nImplementation and Design:\nFormulate the business and workflow requirements into technical solutions.\nUse technical design and development skills to resolve complex problems across many different platforms.\nIdentify technical dependencies and recommend appropriate solutions.\nWork alongside developers throughout the firm to design, build, test and deploy custom solutions.\nOn-board client and broker connections to our FlexLINK FIX network.\nImplement and test new FX liquidity providers onto the FlexTrade liquidity aggregation engine.\nWork with teams across the firm to continually improve the product, and drive future innovation.\nSupport:\nProvide support to FlexTrade clients globally and advise on questions and queries.\nTake ownership of issues from start to finish.\nProactively drive issue investigation to resolution, involving other parties and escalating where needed.\nLiaise with clients to interpret queries for root cause analysis and propose appropriate workarounds and\nsolutions.\nRequirements\nEssential\n2:1 Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a numerate subject (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, etc.)\n\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\nAbility to communicate confidently and concisely to both business and technical clients and colleagues.\n\nAbility to work under pressure while remaining calm and composed.\n\nDesire to learn both the business and technical aspects of the financial capital markets in which FlexTrade operates.\n\nMay be advantageous\nPrior experience in Financial Software or Trading environment.\n\nFluency in another European languages.\n\nFlexTrade Systems, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer and makes employment decisions without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, disability status, or any other status protected by law.\nFlexTrade UK Ltd. conducts a pre-employment screening which consists of a Criminal History, Background and Credit Check for successful candidates.\nPlease note: While we hold a sponsor licence, we operate an annual cap on visa sponsorships due to budgetary allocations.
