The team is responsible for new and existing clients and is involved with the full project life cycle as well as ongoing support. This includes analysis, design and implementation during a new client onboarding, as well as implementation, maintenance and enhancement projects once the client is live.\nYou will be responsible for ensuring the overall goals of the client are understood and delivered successfully by the Client Services team. You will need to manage multiple client implementations across asset classes, keeping deliveries on track and expectations managed. Working directly with the clients’ trading desk and technology teams alongside other Client Services teams to see projects through to successful completion. Key to this position will be understanding priorities from the client’s perspective and managing the projects and deliverables effectively and efficiently.\nImplementation Project Manager - Client Services role is responsible for:\nManage the implementation of new or existing clients in line with our standard operating procedures.\n\nFulfill existing client’s requirements and provide timelines.\n\nEnsuring our new clients are implemented on time and under budget.\n\nWorking with internal teams on implementation related items to ensure we deliver in line with our commitments.\n\nDeveloping detailed project plans and timelines, driving them to completion through agreement with the client and support from internal teams where necessary.\n\nOwning each assigned complex and strategic engagement, acting as the primary day-to-day management point person working across multiple internal groups driving tasks through to completion within tight deadlines.\n\nDriving transparency and consistency by clear communication and production of engagement-specific documentation.\n\nLeveraging domain expertise and relationship skills to build and maintain credible relationships with clients.\n\nMonitor implementation progress and reporting to senior management\n\nKeep all internal and external stakeholders updated on the progress of projects\n\nCommunicate Confidently project status and raise alerts\n\nHave strong understanding of buy-side EMS workflows.\n\nRun quarterly reviews alongside the senior management team with client’s senior stakeholders\n\nRequirements\n3-5 years of industry experience in Project/Product/Implementation Management.\n\nExperience with front office trading account management and/or project management.\n\nStrong understanding of trading platforms on buy or sell side.\n\nKnowledge of equities, FX and/or FI trading workflows.\n\nExcellent ability to manage day-to-day projects but also keeping an eye on the big picture.\n\nWork effectively in a fast paced, high-energy team-oriented environment in both independent and collaborative working environments.\n\nProven experience understanding and defining complex workflows.\n\nDemonstrated history of scoping engagements and gathering requirements.\n\nDemonstrated history of solving complex problems with a keen eye for detail and a meticulous level of precision.\n\n**FlexTrade Systems, Inc. does not accept unsolicited resumes from search firm recruiters.
