In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance web applications that deliver exceptional user experiences. The ideal candidate is passionate about building robust backend services, creating intuitive user interfaces, and driving technical excellence across the development lifecycle.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDesign, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications and services using Golang.\n\nBuild, enhance, and support RESTful APIs and microservices-based architectures.\n\nEnsure application performance, reliability, scalability, and security through best engineering practices.\n\nCollaborate closely with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to define, develop, and deliver new features.\n\nWrite clean, maintainable, and well-tested code while adhering to coding standards and best practices.\n\nParticipate in code reviews, technical discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.\n\nDevelop and maintain responsive, user-friendly web interfaces using Angular or React.\n\nTroubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues to ensure a seamless user experience.\n\nContribute to the design and implementation of modern software architectures and development processes.\n\nStay up to date with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance product quality and development efficiency.\n\nRequirements\nMinimum 2+ years of experience in Golang + Snowflake + MongoDB, React, JavaScript, HTML, CSS\nUnderstanding and experience in shell scripting and database queries (RDMS/NoSQL).\nExperience in UNIX fundamentals, REST APIs, and understanding of the microservices concept.\nMust be able to see opportunities for improvement and meet client expectations in terms of quality and timeliness.\nExperience with RESTful APIs integration into frontend frameworks.\nSkills - Must Have\nExcellent command over Golang + React, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, Nginx.\nExperience of working with shell scripts, TypeScript, and Ajax.\nComfortable in converting UI Mock-ups into finished web apps (Angular/ReactJS & Redux/HTML/CSS).\nShould have an understanding of web standards & responsive web design.\nGood UI / UX sense and comfortable with responsive design.\nSoftware Product Development experience with Microservices architecture.\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExperience in version control framework GIT/Bitbucket.\n\nGood to Have\nExperience in ReactJS & Redux will be an added advantage.\nExposure to CI/CD pipelines.\nExperience of using UI libraries like Material UI, PrimeFaces (Primeng, PrimeReact), Ag-grid, Bootstrap.\nFlexTrade does not accept unsolicited resumes from search firm recruiters.
