The successful candidate will be energetic with excellent communication skills and have a real passion for recruitment.\nThis is a 6-month contract position and reviewed upon performance and requirements.\nThe role:\nDeploy various sourcing techniques including social media platforms and Boolean searches\n\nExpand the use of job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, etc. to maximize recruitment reach\n\nExperience in end-to-end recruitment for technical roles and well versed with Pune market.\n\nLineup candidates for recruitment drives, accelerating hiring process for bulk recruitment needs\n\nSpecialize in headhunting for niche skills, identify top-tier candidates for hard-to-fill roles\n\nManage relationships with multiple hiring vendors, ensuring timely support and quality candidates for hard-to-fill positions\n\nUpload test results/ follow up for assessment reminders\n\nBooking telephone and face-to-face interview slots into hiring/line manager’s diaries\n\nProvide thorough interview feedback and application updates to all candidates and line managers\n\nMaintain the ATS and ensure applications are processed in a timely manner and information kept up to date\n\nEnsure that all vacancies are kept on track with a steady flow of suitable candidates\n\nAttending career fairs and recruitment events\n\nGood to have experience from capital market domain\n\nIn house recruitment/sourcing for lateral roles\n\nRequirements\n2 to 3 years of experience in a 360-process recruitment role -
