The role ensures timelyresolution of technical issues while maintaining high standards of productquality and customer satisfaction.\nKey Responsibilities\n1. Technical Support\nProvide technical support to external and internal departments.\nDiagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, firmware, and system-related issues.\nPerform fault isolation and root cause analysis on product failures.\nAssist and support with product checking / evaluations, technical investigations and testing.\nPrepare technical reports, troubleshooting guides and test procedures.\n2. RMA (Return Material Authorisation) Management\nProcess customer RMA requests in accordance with company procedures.\nInspect, test, and evaluate returned products to determine failure causes.\nPerform repair, refurbishment, or replacement where applicable.\nDocument failure analysis findings and corrective actions.\nMaintain accurate RMA records and service history.\nMonitor RMA turnaround time and ensure timely customer response.\n3. Quality Support\nInvestigate customer complaints and product quality issues.\nParticipate in root cause analysis using recognised problem-solving methodologies (e.g. 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone Diagram).\nSupport implementation of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).\nAssist in analysing field failure data and reliability trends.\nVerify effectiveness of corrective actions.\nEnsure compliance with company quality procedures and industry standards.\n4. Customer Support\nPerform product demonstrations and customer training.\nMaintain a professional relationship with customers and provide excellent service.\n5. Documentation & Reporting\nPrepare technical reports, and failure analysis documentation.\nUpdate technical documentation and knowledge databases.\nRecord lessons learned and recommend product improvements.\nEnsure documentation complies with Quality Management System (QMS) requirements.\n6. Cross-Functional Collaboration\nWork closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Sales, Supply Chain, and Customer Service teams.\nSupport engineering investigations and product improvement initiatives.\nCommunicate customer feedback to improve product performance and reliability.\nParticipate in technical meetings and project reviews.\nTechnical Competencies\nHardware and electronic troubleshooting\nProduct testing and validation\nRoot cause analysis and failure analysis\nProcess validation and verification\nReading electrical schematics and technical drawings\nUse of electronic test equipment (multimeter, oscilloscope, power supply, etc.)\nMicrosoft Office applications\nERP, CRM and RMA management systems\nUnderstanding of ESD handling requirements\nKnowledge\nCorrective and Preventive Action (CAPA)\n8D Problem Solving\nReliability testing\nEngineering Change Management (ECN/ECO)\nSoft Skills\nStrong analytical and troubleshooting skills.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nCustomer-focused with a professional service attitude.\nStrong organisational and time management abilities.\nAbility to work independently and within a team.\nHigh attention to detail and commitment to quality.\nAbility to prioritise multiple tasks in afast-paced environment.\nRequirements\nDegree/Diploma in Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Microelectronics, or a related major.\nExcellent communication skills, with proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, as this role involves liaising with our associates in China.\n3-5 years of FAE experience.\nFamiliarity with Windows and Linux operating systems is preferred.\nExperience with knowledge management systems and practices.\nUnderstanding of automation and AI technologies and their
