The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, security, and efficiency of the organization's IT environment while driving automation and AI adoption to improve operational productivity.\nKey Responsibilities\nIT Infrastructure & Systems\nManage, maintain, and optimize company servers, storage systems, cloud platforms, and network infrastructure.\nConfigure and support network devices including firewalls, switches, routers, VPNs, and wireless networks.\nAdminister Windows and Linux operating systems, virtualization platforms, and cloud services.\nMonitor system performance, availability, and capacity to ensure business continuity.\nCybersecurity & Risk Management\nImplement and maintain cybersecurity policies, controls, and best practices.\nMonitor and respond to security incidents, vulnerabilities, and system threats.\nConduct periodic security assessments, audits, and risk reviews.\nSupport endpoint security, identity and access management, and data protection initiatives.\nEnd-User Support & IT Operations\nProvide technical support for laptops, desktops, mobile devices, software applications, and IT equipment.\nManage user accounts, permissions, email systems, and collaboration platforms.\nCoordinate IT asset management, procurement, maintenance, and vendor support.\nEnsure timely resolution of IT incidents and service requests.\nBackup, Recovery & Business Continuity\nManage backup solutions and disaster recovery procedures.\nConduct regular backup verification and recovery testing.\nSupport business continuity planning and infrastructure resilience initiatives.\nAI & Digital Transformation\nEvaluate, implement, and support AI-powered tools and technologies to improve business productivity and operational efficiency.\nDrive automation initiatives using AI, scripting, workflow tools, and emerging technologies.\nProvide guidance and support to departments in adopting AI solutions for daily operations.\nStay updated on AI trends, cybersecurity technologies, and infrastructure innovations.\nProject & Vendor Management\nWork with internal stakeholders, service providers, and technology vendors to deliver IT projects and solutions.\nCoordinate infrastructure upgrades, system implementations, migrations, and technology deployments.\nPrepare and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and system architecture records.\nRequirements\nEducation\nBachelor's Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.\nExperience\nMinimum 3-5 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Systems Administration, Network Engineering, or a related role.\nExperience managing servers, cloud platforms, network infrastructure, and cybersecurity solutions.\nExperience supporting end-user computing devices and corporate IT environments.\nExposure to virtualization, cloud services, backup solutions, and security technologies is preferred.\nTechnical Skills\nWindows Server and Linux administration.\nNetwork administration (Firewall, VPN, DNS, DHCP, Switching, Routing).\nCloud platforms such as Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, or AWS.\nCybersecurity technologies and security best practices.\nAI tools, automation platforms, scripting, and workflow optimization technologies.\nAI Competency (Mandatory)\nStrong interest and practical knowledge in AI tools and technologies.\nAbility to leverage AI to improve productivity, automate workflows, and enhance IT operations.\nExperience using AI-assisted tools for troubleshooting, documentation, system administration, or process automation is highly preferred.\nWillingness to continuously learn and adopt emerging AI technologies as part of modern IT capability.\nSoft Skills\nStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities.\nProactive, adaptable\nRemark :\nThis position is based in Singapore and requires the successful candidate to work onsite.
