Utilize this knowledge to enhance trading operations and risk management practices.\nWhat We’re Looking For:\nBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred\nAt least 5 years of experience in risk management within sports betting or a related field, with a proven track record of success in managing sportsbook or fantasy sports risk and developing effective trading strategies\nStrong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions quickly\nKnowledge of sports betting markets and trends, with a deep understanding of betting lines, odds, and pricing models\nFamiliarity with sports data and analytics tools, such as sports data feeds and statistical models\nExperience with risk management techniques and tools, such as exposure limits, hedging, and diversification\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization\nStrong leadership and management skills, with the ability to mentor and manage junior traders\nFlexibility to work outside of regular business hours, as
