Nothing feels better than winning as a team.\nResponsibilities:\nListen to the Customer\nDeliver exceptional service by understanding guests' preferences and responding promptly to their needs, leveraging full knowledge of menus, packages, alcohol policies and pre-batch process \nBuild rapport with guests through excellent communication skills and a welcoming attitude.\nBe Respectful of Company Resources\nAccurately ring in all food, beverage, gaming, and event charges into the POS\nAdhere to pre-order and pre-batch processes to reduce waste and streamline operations.\nShow Urgency\nExecute opening and closing procedures efficiently, ensuring all sections are prepared for service and cleared at the end of the day.\nProactively anticipate guest needs and act quickly to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience. \nCreate Positive Energy\nFoster a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for both guests and colleagues by maintaining a positive attitude during service. \nTrain new bartenders to uphold company standards and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team.\nMust be able to pass exams with a 90% or better in each of the following categories:\nFood and Beverage \nAll issued training testing throughout employment\nRequirements & Minimum Qualifications\nCurrent food handlers and alcohol certification maintained through employment\nMinimum of 2 years’ experience preferably within a high-volume environment\nAvailable to work various shift times and days, including weekends and holidays\nAble to stand and/ or walk for long periods of time\nAbility to lift over 50+ lbs. if necessary\nAuthorized to legally work in the US\nLine Cook Compensation & Benefits:\nHourly pay of $7.50 plus tips\nAbility to enroll in Medical, Dental, Vision and other insurance benefits (for employees who maintain full-time status)\nPaid Time Off, Sick Time, and Paid Holiday (may vary depending on state and local laws)\nAbility to enroll in 401k, Medical FSA, Commuter benefits, etc.\nEmployee Discount: 50% your total bill for you and up to five guests.\nThe Company reserves the right in its absolute discretion to add to your duties or amend this job description at any time.
