management daily on all people-related topics\nDevelop and execute impactful people plans for our hubs\nSpar with the Legal team on complex employee cases and labor matters\nImprove the workforce support experience across the Netherlands\nRoll out key policies and trainings across the employee lifecycle\nDesign and implement initiatives and processes that boost the employee experience\nEnsure compliance with Dutch labor regulations, internal policies, and operational processes\n Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, HRM, Business Administration, or an equivalent field\n3-5 years of experience in a similar People Partner role or equivalent, ideally within a dynamic, fast-paced operational environment\nStrong knowledge of Dutch HR regulations and employment law, with confidence
