You'll play a crucial role in supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of our department and have the opportunity to contribute your own ideas and energy to our projects.\nSupport Daily Operations: Assist with administrative tasks, including managing employee files, and supporting our onboarding and offboarding processes;\n Manage Employee Data: Accurately input and maintain employee data using our HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and other internal platforms;\nFirst Point of Contact: Serve as the initial point of contact for employee inquiries regarding company policies, benefits, and administrative processes via our internal ticketing system;\nContribute to Documentation: Help create and maintain essential internal documentation, such as our employee handbook and departmental guides, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date;\n Support Special Projects: Collaborate with team members on ad-hoc projects aimed at enhancing the overall employee experience. This could involve supporting culture building initiatives, organising team events, or contributing to our Talent Management strategy.\n Currently enrolled as a student pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or have experience in a related field;
