fantastic opportunity has arisen to join our Residential Conveyancing team as a Conveyancing Administrator.\n\nThis role will support the Residential Conveyancing team with a range of clerical and administrative tasks on a daily basis, whilst providing an excellent level of service to our clients.\n\nThe ideal candidate will come from an administration background in a professional services or property business, and the successful candidate must be able to deal with high volumes of work to a high standard with accuracy and attention to detail.\n\nThis role is full time, permanent and based at our Sheffield Office on Holly Street.\n\nReporting to the Head of Residential Conveyancing.\nKey Responsibilities\nAnswering incoming calls into the department, dealing with general enquiries and quotes where possible\nTaking messages for fee earners and solicitors and passing them on in a timely manner\nGiving general updates by phone and email where necessary\nChecking account balances\nFile opening for new client matters\nHandling and processing of post in a timely manner ensuring correspondence is passed to the correct fee earner promptly\nPhotocopying, filing, and scanning of client forms and paperwork onto the client matter\nFile closing for completed matters\nAny other tasks set by the head of residential conveyancing or the fee earners\nSkills, Knowledge and Expertise\nYou will:\nHave previous experience working in a fast paced administration role\nHave exceptional client service skills, going above and beyond client expectations\nHave excellent telephone communication skills\nEnjoy working in a team and thrive in a busy environment\nHave great personal organisation skills\nBe computer and IT literate\nDisclosure will be required in the event that a position is
