Key responsibilities include assessing opportunities, drafting proposal documents, reviewing contracts, leading meetings, and managing deadlines. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential. This role ensures the delivery of client-focused solutions aligned with the organization’s strategic goals.\nWhat would you be doing?\nManage the full proposal lifecycle, including RFPs, EOIs, SOIs, and prequalifications, ensuring client-focused, submission-ready packages.\nPlan, write, edit, and compile high-quality proposal content, including project profiles, resumes, and templates.\nCoordinate contributors using responsibility matrices, track deadlines, and ensure complete, accurate, and timely submissions.\nEdit and proof all proposal materials for clarity, consistency, accuracy, grammar, and branding alignment.\nOrganize and manage proposal documentation, identify scopes of work and subcontracting opportunities, and maintain records in Salesforce CRM.\nSupport Business Development and Project Development teams through research, technical writing, Q&A support, and general proposal assistance and Ad Hoc duties as needed.\nPerks of the job\nComprehensive insurance and benefits package\nHealth Care Spending Account\nPaid vacation\nCompetitive compensation\n Highly organized with the ability to prioritize, pivot, and meet deadlines.\nStrong communication and negotiation skills, adept at working with internal and external stakeholders.\nDetail-oriented and capable of building strong relationships while working independently or in teams.\nAdvanced technical writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong attention to detail.\n As a condition of employment, qualified applicants who accept the role must complete a satisfactory pre-employment Background Check.
