Working closely with operational managers, you will handle various financial tasks, including project setup and data entry, with occasional review by your manager. This role requires 2-3 years of experience in a similar role involving high-volume data entry.\nWhat would you be doing?\nEnsure accurate daily time entry per client contracts for employees and service providers.\nAssist with processing accounts payable, including billable/non-billable payables and employee expenses.\nSupport communication with employees and project managers on revenue recognition and work-in-progress management.\nProduce and finalize invoices, supporting consulting employees with reports and statements for clients.\nReview payroll entries, highlight areas of concern, and ensure accurate documentation for client billing.\nPerks of the job\nComprehensive insurance and benefits package\nHealth Care Spending Account\nPaid vacation\nCompetitive compensation\n 2+ years of experience in an administrative role.\nStrong high-volume data entry skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.\nExcellent organizational skills with acute attention to detail and ability to multitask while meeting deadlines.\nStrong problem-solving skills, a proactive approach, and a can-do attitude.\nEffective communication and collaboration with diverse teams and job functions.\n As a condition of employment, qualified applicants who accept the role must complete a satisfactory pre-employment Background Check.
