This role serves as a key liaison between operations, quality, and administration teams, supporting compliance with company standards, customer requirements, and regulatory obligations. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced site environment.\nWhat would you be doing?\nMaintain and organize quality control records, inspection reports, certifications, and related documentation.\nEnter, track, and monitor quality data in company databases and reporting systems.\nSupport quality assurance and quality control programs by ensuring documentation is complete and compliant.\nReview and process quality-related documentation, including inspection reports, material test reports, and certificates of compliance.\nAssist with the distribution of quality procedures, forms, and work instructions.\nMaintain document control processes to ensure current revisions are available and obsolete documents are removed from circulation.\nLiaise with Operations, project teams, customers, and suppliers regarding quality documentation requirements.\nPerks of the job\nCompetitive compensation package with a complete benefits package.\nVariety in your work allows you to develop a diverse skillset.\nLong-term opportunities to provide stability and the potential for growth within the organization, making it a rewarding choice for your professional journey.\nGrowing company with opportunities for career development and advancement.\n Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative role.\nPost-secondary education in a related field of study.\nExperience in the Oil & Gas, industrial construction, or turnaround environment is preferred.\nOn-site quality control experience is considered a strong asset.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nHighly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced site environment.\nProficiency in Bluebeam or Adobe Acrobat.\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a site-based project team.\nDemonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential project information with discretion.\nStrong planning, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\nAdaptable, collaborative, and committed to maintaining high standards of safety and quality.\n As a condition of employment, qualified applicants who accept the role must complete a satisfactory pre-employment Background Check.
