Most of our team has founded a company or been a founding engineer, so you’ll be working with people who’ve built from zero before.\nAbout the role\nAs an Engagement Manager, you’re the face of Flint to our customers and the voice of the customer inside Flint. We work with brands that spend millions on ads, and every one of them wants more growth from their ad spend. You’re the one who gets them there. You own a set of accounts from kickoff through renewal. You learn each business, set its strategy, run pilots and experiments hands-on in Flint’s ads and page agents, and walk marketing teams and executives through the results. You’ll know what’s working within days instead of months.\nYou’ll hear customers’ pain points first, and you’ll help turn them into new things our agent can do. Over time, the way you run your accounts becomes the way Flint runs growth for every brand we work with. You will report to the Chief Revenue Officer and work closely with the CEO, Sales team, Product, Marketing, and Engineering.\nWhat you'll do\nOwn 20 to 30 customer accounts as their main point of contact\n\nRun pilots from kickoff to readout and conversion, including setup, tracking, and success metrics\n\nBuild an account plan for each customer, covering goals, conversion, and what to test next\n\nWork hands-on in each account, reviewing the agent’s landing pages, keywords, and ads before they ship\n\nDesign and read experiments, and explain the results to customers\n\nLead check-ins, readouts, and escalations with marketing teams and executives\n\nWork with product, engineering, and sales to keep each account on track\n\nBring customer pain points back to the team, and turn repeated manual work into agent improvements and our engagement playbook\n\nWho you are\nExperience owning outcomes for clients or a business, whether in management consulting, growth, an agent PM or deployment strategist role, or your own company\n\nStrong analytical skills, from spreadsheet models to clear recommendations\n\nHeavy use of AI tools and agents in your day-to-day work\n\nStrong client presence, including presenting to executives and handling difficult conversations\n\nComfort juggling many priorities at once without things slipping\n\nBased in San Francisco or willing to relocate\n\nNice to have\nExperience running paid search or paid social\n\nLanding page testing or conversion rate optimization\n\nAI workflows or tools you’ve built yourself\n\nStartup or founding
