Fair treatment for employees means we establish clear goals, facilitate our employees to achieve them, and value their contribution to the company with equitable benefits.\n\nWhat you'll do\nCarrying out company’s reporting obligation to OJK and coordinate with internal team during report preparation as necessary;\n\nDevelopment and enforcement of compliance policies and procedures;\n\nUpdate stakeholders on new regulations or communication from OJK that might affect our business;\n\nSupport to manage day to day relationship and communication with OJK and Association;\n\nProvide regulatory compliance guidance;\n\nProvide training/awareness program to internal team on the regulations and company policy;\n\nMaintain a thorough working knowledge of current regulatory requirements, familiarity with company processes, policies, and products;\n\nConduct an analysis of the disparities between regulatory requirements and the operational practices of the Company, such as providing a comprehensive overview of compliance and ensuring that the gap is resolved;\n\nCollaborate with various stakeholders to facilitate the necessary adjustments to ensure conformity with laws and regulations;\n\nFormulate and put into action a compliance monitoring program, incorporating the establishment of systems to ensure adherence to pertinent existing laws and regulations;\n\nLead or oversee internal investigations into matters of compliance.\nWhat you'll need\n\nBachelor's degree in Law, Finance, or related field.
