Requirements:

  • Strong expertise in Frontend Architecture and System Design.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with React.js and TypeScript (mandatory).
  • Proven ability to own and drive the complete frontend ecosystem, including: Architecture and Technical Design, Application Development, Frontend Infrastructure, Performance Optimisation, Scalability and Reliability
  • Experience building and scaling large-scale, high-performance web applications.
  • Strong understanding of Observability, Monitoring, Logging, and Performance Analytics at scale.
  • Experience leading frontend technical decisions, defining best practices, and mentoring engineering teams.
  • Hands-on experience building both customer-facing products and internal platforms/tools.
  • Demonstrated success in either Building products from 0 to 1 or Scaling products to serve a large user base.
  • Strong knowledge of frontend performance, rendering optimisation, caching strategies, and modern web technologies.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with Product, Design, and Backend teams to drive end-to-end delivery.
