They should also be able to influence at the executive level, while guiding and mentoring a high-performing team of technical program managers in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.\nResponsibilities:\nLead and manage complex, multidisciplinary programs in telecom roaming, security firewalls, and fraud/risk management, delivering them on time, within scope, and on budget.\nCollaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, design, security, operations, and business stakeholders to define clear program objectives, deliverables, and KPIs.\nBuild and nurture a technically savvy TPM team with strong program ownership, mentoring them to grow into thought leaders and strategic partners.\nPromote technical depth and architectural understanding by engaging in system design reviews, architecture discussions, and technical risk evaluations.\nDevelop and institutionalise program management best practices, frameworks, and tooling to standardise high-quality delivery.\nDrive rigorous planning, milestone tracking, and process compliance, ensuring that execution aligns with internal standards and external regulatory frameworks.\nManage dependencies, assess risks, proactively resolve conflicts, and escalate issues with clarity and urgency.\nCreate and deliver crisp, data-driven program updates and dashboards for executives and cross-functional stakeholders.\nLead strategic planning and roadmap alignment cycles, including quarterly business reviews, OKRs, and resource forecasting.\nChampion a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement, reinforcing detailed documentation and feedback loops.\nFoster cross-geographical team collaboration, driving alignment and synergy across time zones and functions.\nRequirements:\nIn-depth knowledge of telecom roaming technologies including IPX, GRX, Diameter/RADIUS, LTE/5G roaming, and interconnect/settlement processes.\nStrong understanding of network security protocols, secure architecture principles, and GSMA security guidelines.\nFamiliarity with telecom fraud detection systems, SIM vulnerabilities, threat intelligence, and mobile risk management strategies.\nExperience in reviewing and contributing to system architecture, technical designs, and engineering roadmaps.\nWorking knowledge of compliance frameworks such as GDPR, ISO 27001, and their implications for roaming and security platforms.\n12+ years of experience in technical program management, product engineering, or a related technical leadership role.\n5+ years of experience leading TPMs or technical delivery teams, with a focus on scalable and impactful team structures.\nDemonstrated technical acumen and hands-on engagement with engineers and architects on system-level thinking and trade-offs.\nProven success delivering cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced environments, handling ambiguity, and adjusting to shifting priorities.\nDeep expertise in Agile, Scrum, and iterative development methodologies, paired with operational discipline.\nMeticulous attention to detail, with a focus on documentation, process adherence, and compliance tracking.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex data, drive insights, and inform decisions.\nProprietary and Confidential.\nExcellent communicator with the ability to influence, negotiate, and build consensus across senior stakeholders and global teams.\nPreferred Experience:\nExperience working with telecom software vendors or mobile operators.\nExposure to large-scale distributed teams, especially across international geographies.\nProficiency with Agile delivery tools and DevOps ecosystems, including Jira, Confluence, Jenkins, GitLab, etc.\nAbility to translate business goals into actionable plans, with strong stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills.\nFamiliarity with OKRs, KPIs, and ROI-focused decision-making in technical programs.\nWork Experience: 20+ years.\nEducational Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical field;
