time.\nResponsibilities:\nPlan and monitor the availability of key electronic components based on production schedules and weekly, monthly, and annual demand forecasts\n\nCoordinate with suppliers and factories to manage purchase orders, track deliveries, and ensure components arrive on time for production\n\nManage procurement of equipment and materials within China and internationally, including supplier negotiations and delivery arrangements\n\nOrganize domestic and international shipments, preparing shipping, customs, and commercial documentation\n\nCoordinate supplier payments with the finance team, track customer payments, and collect the documentation required for accounting and tax reporting\n\nArrange pre-shipment quality inspections to ensure goods meet the company's internal quality standards before delivery\n\nRequirements:\nExperience managing supply chain operations for electronics manufacturing, including component procurement and supplier coordination\n\nSolid understanding of purchasing processes, inventory planning, logistics, and international shipping documentation\n\nExperience working with suppliers and factories to manage orders, delivery schedules, and production material availability\n\nStrong negotiation and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple suppliers and deadlines\n\nNative-level Chinese and good spoken and written
