You will work with a high level of autonomy while collaborating closely with local and international teams.\nAbout the Role\nProspect and acquire new bus partners to expand the Flix network.\nBuild and manage a strong pipeline of new business opportunities.\nLead commercial negotiations and close partnership agreements.\nCoordinate cross-functional launches with local and international teams.\nAnalyze market data to identify profitable growth opportunities.\nSupport terminals strategy development using market analysis.\nAbout You\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.\nAt least 5+ years of experience in sales or business development with a strong hunter focus.\nProven track record of acquiring new clients and exceeding targets.\nStrong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial statements.\nExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.\nHigh level of independence with a proactive and structured working style.\nFluency in English is required, both spoken and written.\nExperience in transportation, mobility, or platform-based businesses is nice to have.\nAdvanced PowerPoint and stakeholder-facing presentation experience is nice to have.\nWe recognize that everyone carries a unique set of valuable skills and experiences.
