The Account Manager will also be responsible for sourcing new partners to work with Flix. \nThis role demands a strategic thinker with a proven track record in business development, adept at navigating complex negotiations and fostering long-term relationships. \nThis is a hybrid role, with three days per week in our NYC office.\nAbout the Role\nManage and nurture relationships with existing partners, ensuring mutual growth and profitability \nIdentify and secure new partnerships with intercity bus operators and other relevant stakeholders to expand Flix's presence in the US East region \nConduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes, informing strategic decisions \nWork closely with internal teams, including Network Planning, Operations, Finance, and Marketing, to ensure cohesive strategy execution \nDevelop processes and coordinate a variety of projects, making sure the interactions between departments are fluid and results are delivered in a timely manner \nAnalyze and optimize partner performance using data-driven insights, collaborating with internal teams to adjust network strategy and maximize profitability \nServe as a Flix ambassador at industry events, conferences, and meetings, enhancing brand visibility and credibility \nAbout You\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Communications or a related field \n3-5 years of experience in an externally facing role (business development, sales, account management, consulting or strategic roles) \nFull of ambition, not afraid of rapid change, and able to deal with ambiguity \nStrong analytical abilities, strong negotiation skills, excellent communication skills, proficiency in data-driven decision-making and capable of building strong relationships with various types of companies and stakeholders \nEntrepreneurial mindset, self-motivated, and capable of working autonomously to achieve ambitious targets \nWillingness to travel, up to 20% of time \nSalary Range: $85,000.00 - $105,000.00 USD\nWe recognize that everyone carries a unique set of valuable skills and experiences.
