You will be part of our Adriatic team, supporting the development of the Serbian bus market while collaborating closely with international colleagues across Southeast and Central Europe. \nThis role is based in Belgrade, Serbia (hybrid model)\nAbout the Role\nIdentify, approach, and onboard new bus operators, building long-term partnerships based on trust and mutual success\nServe as a key contact for bus partners in Serbia, supporting regular business reviews and day-to-day collaboration\nSupport commercial and contractual negotiations, helping create sustainable win-win agreements with partner operators\nAnalyse business performance, market developments, and competitor activities, translating insights into actionable recommendations\nBuild and maintain relationships with key transportation stakeholders, including bus operators, fleet owners, manufacturers, and industry associations\nContribute to strategic initiatives that strengthen and expand Flix's network and market presence across Serbia\nCollaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Network Planning, Pricing, Authorizations, and Finance teams\nAbout You\n3-5 years of experience in Business Development, Account Management, Sales, Consulting, or another customer-facing B2B environment\nBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related field\nStrong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills\nAnalytical mindset with the ability to assess market trends and business performance data\nHighly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable balancing strategic initiatives with operational tasks\nFluent in Serbian and English, both written and spoken\nWillingness to travel occasionally within and outside of Serbia; valid driver's license is a strong plus\nWe recognize that everyone carries a unique set of valuable skills and experiences.
