Du verantwortest die inhaltliche Ausgestaltung unserer Kundenkommunikation mit dem Ziel, Kunden die passenden Flix-Produkte und Angebote zu präsentieren; von FlixBus und FlixTrain über Airport Shuttles bis hin zu Marketplace-Angeboten, Partnerships und Media Sales. Deine Aufgaben: Kunden verstehen: Du analysierst Kundenverhalten und -affinitäten, um relevante Produkte und Angebote für unterschiedliche Zielgruppen zu identifizieren. Inhalte und Produkte optimieren: Du entwickelst überzeugende Multichannel-Botschaften und kreative Ansätze, um unsere Produkte und Angebote bestmöglich in der Kundenkommunikation zu platzieren. Hands-on Umsetzung der Kommunikation: Du setzt neue Kommunikation in Braze auf oder implementierst Änderungen in besetehender Kommunikation. Dabei berücksichtigst du alle Kanäle von E-Mail und Push bin hin zu In-App und In-Web. Performance
