collaborating closely with internal stakeholders across IT, Finance, HR, Legal, and Procurement, as well as external service partners and building landlords.\nAbout the Role\nLead day-to-day facilities operations across the Munich HQ, coordinating maintenance, building services, security, parking, mail, and office services in a safe, efficient, and compliant manner\nManage and develop a small facilities team of 2-3, alongside contracted maintenance providers - overseeing work order prioritization, quality control, and service contract performance\nCoordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of all building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire alarm, and life safety equipment in collaboration with the building landlord\nOversee facility refurbishments and renovation projects end-to-end, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to required standards\nManage and maintain the CAFM system, keeping facility, asset, maintenance, and vendor data accurate, up to date, and audit-ready\nLead environmental and sustainability reporting for the HQ - collecting, validating, and submitting energy, water, waste, and emissions data in coordination with landlords, utility providers, and internal teams\nAdminister vendor contracts and serve as the primary on-site contact - coordinating estimates, installations, repairs, and regulatory inspections\nSupport annual budget planning and variance analysis for facilities projects, liaising with Procurement to ensure compliance with purchasing policies\nBuild and maintain strong working relationships with internal customers, occupants, landlords, and service partners, ensuring service requests are handled promptly and professionally\nAbout You\n7+ years of experience in facilities management, building operations, or a comparable role - with a strong track record in maintenance, project management, and vendor oversight\nProven supervisory experience, with the ability to lead a small team and contracted service providers effectively\nSolid knowledge of building systems including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire/life safety, with the ability to interpret construction plans and technical documentation\nExperience with CAFM systems and proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite\nFamiliarity with environmental and sustainability reporting for corporate facilities is an advantage\nStrong project management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment\nResults-oriented and self-motivated, with excellent organizational skills and a customer-service mindse\nRelevant qualifications in facilities management, engineering, or a related field are a plus\nFluent in German and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills\nWe recognize that everyone carries a unique set of valuable skills and experiences.
