Beyond follow-ups, you will dig into operational and compliance data across multiple datasets to surface trends, identify root causes for recurring issues, and turn insights into better process adherence and operational performance.\nAbout the role\nCoordinate with regional and field teams to drive the timely closure of action items.\nTrack compliance against defined processes and highlight gaps or delays proactively.\nAnalyse operational and compliance data across multiple datasets to identify trends, surface insights, and support root-cause analysis for recurring issues - not just report numbers.\nMaintain trackers and status reports for ongoing initiatives.\nFollow up with stakeholders to ensure accountability and adherence to timelines.\nSupport governance of operational, compliance, and safety-related programs.\nEscalate overdue actions and unresolved issues to the relevant stakeholders.\nAssist in the execution of cross-functional projects and process improvement initiatives.\nAbout you\n1-3 years of experience in operations, program management, compliance, or project coordination.\nStrong stakeholder management and excellent communication skills.\nHigh ownership and follow-through - you close loops and hold others accountable without being chased.\nWorking knowledge of SQL and Power BI, plus solid Excel / Google Sheets skills.\nThe ability to manage multiple trackers simultaneously and stay organised under competing priorities.\nA data-driven approach to problem solving, with strong analytical skills - able to deeply interpret data, run deep dives across multiple datasets, proactively spot trends, and drive root-cause analysis (RCA).\nNice to have\nExperience in mobility, logistics, transportation, or fleet operations.\nKnowledge of or hands-on experience with vibe coding and AI tools to automate processes and develop solutions.\nWe recognise that everyone carries a unique set of valuable skills and experiences.
