You will be working in a rapidly scaling-up environment and being responsible for managing operational topics concerning Flixbus’ bus partners in Perú.\nThis role will be based in Lima, Perú under a hybrid working model.\nAbout the Role\nBuild, maintain, and develop long-lasting relationships with bus partners & bus station.\nManage day-to-day interactions with our bus operators to ensure there is no disruption.\nMonitor operators’ adherence to our processes and standards and carry out audits with operators to ensure they follow quality and safety standards. \nEnsure compliance with Flixbus procedures and protocols.\nMonitor and analyse KPIs to identifyareas for improvement, providing actionable recommendations to enhance partner performance and service quality.\nWork cooperatively with our operators to ensure that their information on our platform is updated, as well as track training process for bus drivers. \nCollaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., NetworkPlanning, Business Development) for seamless operations.\nAbout You\n5+ years of work experience in operations, ideally in dynamic daily environment within transportation, logistics, mobility, or delivery sectors.\nFluent Spanish and English is a must.\nAbility to adequately deal with different stakeholders (e.g. business partners, bus drivers, station managers, or regional authorities) with high social and negotiation skills.\nAdvanced Excel skills.\nTrustworthiness, engagement, and flexibility as well as a hands-on mentality.\nOrganized, independent, reliableand responsible working style.\nStrong Analytical skills.\nWe recognize that everyone carries a unique set of valuable skills and experiences.
