By joining our team, you will be a crucial part of driving the team forward, developing our brands and customer communication throughout the globe.\nAbout the Role\nOwn CRM analytics and reporting across 45+ markets, delivering clear visibility into performance, customer behavior, and commercial impact\nBuild and maintain Power BI dashboards providing real-time tracking of CRM performance, targets, and business trends\nDeliver actionable insights on campaign performance, drivers of customer behavior, value-generating segments, and cross-market differences\nDevelop scalable, automated reporting solutions alongside deep-dive analyses and ad hoc business investigations\nMonitor and optimize key CRM KPIs (engagement, conversion, retention, reactivation, communication effectiveness) and customer lifecycle performance\nPartner with CRM, data, and product teams to improve segmentation, personalization, experimentation, tracking quality, and data reliability\nEvaluate A/B tests and proactively identify trends, anomalies, risks, and opportunities, presenting clear recommendations to senior stakeholders\nAbout You\n5+ years of experience in data analytics or BI, ideally within CRM, marketing, or e-commerce environments\nProven track record of building dashboards and automated reporting solutions for non-technical stakeholders\nStrong SQL expertise (CTEs, window functions, multi-table joins) in a modern cloud data warehouse, preferably Snowflake\nAdvanced Power BI skills including data modeling, DAX, and best-practice dashboard design and visualization\nSolid understanding of marketing and CRM KPIs (conversion, engagement, attribution, customer lifetime value)\nExperience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and marketing/CRM teams; familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., Braze is a plus)\nStrong data storytelling, statistical literacy (e.g., significance testing), and a structured, detail-oriented, and autonomous working style\nProficiency in English\nWe recognize that everyone carries a unique set of valuable skills and experiences.
