In this role, you'll take ownership of end - to - end recruitment, partner with senior stakeholders, and help shape hiring strategies across a broad range of business functions.\nThis role is based in Munich (hybrid model) and is offered as a 15-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave.\nAbout the Role\nOwn end-to-end recruitment for business/corporate roles in Germany & Europe, covering multiple functions and seniority levels\nAct as a trusted sparring partner to hiring managers and senior stakeholders, shaping hiring strategies and defining effective sourcing and assessment approaches\nProactively source and engage diverse talent pools using creative, data-driven methods across multiple channels\nLead and conduct structured interviews independently, ensuring a consistent, high-quality selection process\nUse recruitment KPIs and ATS reporting (e.g., Greenhouse) to drive data-informed hiring decisions\nDeliver an excellent candidate experience while actively strengthening and representing the Flix employer brand throughout the hiring journey\nContribute to cross-functional Talent Acquisition projects, focused on improving processes, scalability, and ways of working\nAbout You\n4+ years of full-cycle in-house recruiting experience, ideally in a fast-paced, international environment\nProven experience hiring business/corporate roles across multiple functions (e.g. finance, HR, marketing, sales, operations etc.) and seniority levels\nStrong stakeholder and offer management skills, with the ability to partner with senior leaders and build trusted relationships\nResilient and agile, comfortable navigating ambiguity and rapidly changing priorities without losing focus or quality\nStrong active sourcing expertise with the ability to build and maintain sustainable talent pipelines\nConfident using data and recruitment metrics to inform decisions and continuously improve outcomes\nFluent in English, German is a strong plus\nWe recognize that everyone carries a unique set of valuable skills and experiences.
