We take the work seriously, not ourselves, so expect a good mix of work and fun.\nAbout the Role\nBrainstorm content ideas and turn them into posts and reels people actually want to watch.\nShoot video content on an iPhone and edit reels (on phone apps or laptop), plus simple Canva graphics.\nSpot upcoming creators, especially in travel, and suggest who we should collaborate with\nLiaise with our agency partners to keep creator collaborations running smoothly.\nKeep our social media calendar organised and up to date.\nExplore how AI can help us build faster workflows, while keeping our content original.\nAbout You\nExperience filming clean footage on an iPhone, with basic video editing and Canva skills\nA good feel for Instagram: current trends, what goes viral and what works on the platform\nA love of travel (even if only through reels)\nCuriosity about AI as a tool for faster workflows. We use AI to assist us, not to replace our own thinking, so no AI slop\nEnthusiasm and a collaborative attitude\nWe recognize that everyone carries a unique set of valuable skills and experiences.
