You will lead a team of Business Development Managers while working closely with local and international stakeholders to strengthen Flix’s competitive position in Peru.\nAbout the Role\nDevelop a high-performing Business Development team.\nDefine and execute growth strategies to expand the partner network.\nOversee bus partner acquisition, driven kilometer performance, and long-term relationships.\nCoordinate cross-functional initiatives with local and international teams.\nMonitor forecasts, pipeline, and key performance metrics.\nLead high-impact negotiations and strategic partnerships.\nAbout You\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.\nAt least 7-10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or commercial roles.\nProven experience leading teams and driving performance.\nStrong track record in partnership development and revenue growth.\nAdvanced analytical and financial skills, including P&L management.\nExcellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.\nFluency in English is required, both spoken and written.\nExperience in transportation, mobility, or platform-based businesses is nice to have.\nExposure to multinational and matrix organizations is nice to have.\nStrong executive presence and stakeholder management experience is nice to have.\nWe recognize that everyone carries a unique set of valuable skills and experiences.
