It is your responsibility to identify improvement opportunities, drive identity projects, and build a unified, scalable environment.\nBased in Germany and the US, our IT Infrastructure Services team designs, implements, and manages global cloud and on-premises infrastructure solutions to provide Flix with internal business services such as identity and access management, security and compliance configuration, communication tools, file sharing, 3rd-level support, and infrastructure consulting.\nAbout the Role\nIntegrate new internal and external applications into our identity infrastructure (e.g., SSO) following best practices\nWork on projects to improve internal role-based access control concepts\nConsult other teams and guide them to success, leveraging our services especially regarding identity and access management\nDrive innovation and improve our services together with the team\nAutomate recurring tasks\nDesign the future IT infrastructure of Flix\nAbout You\nAt least 3 years of experience with Microsoft Entra ID or similar identity and access management platforms\nAdvanced knowledge of modern authentication protocols (OIDC, OAuth 2.0, and SAML)\nAt least 3 years of scripting experience (ideally with Python)\nAt least 1 year of experience with IaCsolutions (preferably Terraform)\nHands-on experience leveraging AI tools to streamline infrastructure automation, troubleshooting, and daily operations\nBasic experience using APIs\nExperience with containerization and orchestration platforms (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus\nExperience working with IaaS solutions is a plus\nBasic knowledge of modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React) or web technologies is a plus\nExperience with M365 products (such as Exchange Online, SharePoint/OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams) is a plus\nWe recognize that everyone carries a unique set of valuable skills and experiences.
