This contractor engagement is suited to an experienced infrastructure professional who wants to work on impactful identity, access management, automation, and global infrastructure initiatives.\nScope of services\nSupport the maintenance and continuous improvement of Flix’s global identity and access management platform as a coherent set of highly available services. Help build a unified, scalable environment aligned with Flix’s cloud-focused infrastructure strategy.\nAbout the engagement\nIntegrate new internal and external applications into Flix’s identity infrastructure, including single sign-on solutions\nMaintain and improve identity and access management services across global cloud and on-premises environments\nDesign and implement role-based access control concepts to improve governance and operational efficiency\nIdentify improvement opportunities and drive identity and infrastructure projects from concept through implementation\nAutomate recurring infrastructure and identity management tasks using scripting, APIs, and infrastructure-as-code practices\nConsult with internal teams and guide them in applying identity and access management best practices\nSupport highly available internal business services, including access management, security and compliance configuration, communication tools, and file-sharing platforms\nContribute to the evolution of Flix’s global IT infrastructure and cloud-focused operating model.\nDocument technical solutions, automation workflows, operational procedures, and relevant configuration decisions\nAbout you\nAt least 3 years of experience with Microsoft Entra ID or a comparable identity and access management platform\nAdvanced knowledge of modern authentication protocols, including OIDC, OAuth 2.0, and SAML\nAt least 3 years of scripting experience, ideally with Python\nAt least 1 year of experience with infrastructure-as-code solutions, preferably Terraform\nHands-on experience using AI tools to streamline infrastructure automation, troubleshooting, and daily operations\nBasic experience working with APIs and integrating applications with identity platforms.\nAbility to work with stakeholders across engineering, operations, and business teams\nExperience with containerization and orchestration platforms such as Docker and Kubernetes is a plus\nExperience with infrastructure-as-a-service solutions is a plus\nBasic knowledge of modern frontend frameworks, such as React, or related web technologies is a plus\nExperience with Microsoft 365 products, including Exchange Online, SharePoint/OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams, is a plus\nCollaboration model\nCooperation based on a service agreement (B2B/freelance contract), not
