It’s engineered.\nThat’s where you come in.\nWe’re hiring Engineering Managers in London to lead a squad building the next generation of privacy-first, AI-powered health tools - and shipping them to a global audience.\nWhat you’ll do\nLead and grow a high-performing team of engineers\nSet direction, ship fast, own outcomes\nBuild systems that are reliable, scalable and secure\nGuide architecture decisions and unblock delivery\nChampion engineering quality, speed and autonomy\nCoach your team - hire, develop, promote\nCollaborate across disciplines to turn product ideas into reality\nWhat you bring\n6+ years coding in Scala, Java, Kotlin or Objective-C/Swift\nExperience building distributed systems at scale\n4+ years managing engineers and leading teams\nSolid track record of hiring, mentoring and building inclusive cultures\nDeep understanding of software engineering best practices and agile delivery\nStrong product mindset - you care about the user, not just the stack\nNice to have\nExposure to ML or data-powered products\nFull-stack experience\nHands-on with CI/CD and DevOps tooling\nBackground in consumer tech or mobile apps\nA/B testing know-how\nAnnual Salary Range (ranges may vary based on skills and experience)\n£130,000—£150,000 GBP\nHow we work\nWe’re a mission-led, product-driven team.
