We’ve facilitated over 100,000 patient visits with a network of 1,400 nurses and are scaling our platform, team, and operations to serve more geographies and patients.\nWe're currently serving patients in California, Nevada, Arizona, Texas, Washington, Michigan, Indiana, Georgia, and Ohio with several new states on the horizon.\nThe Role\nWe're a small engineering team (2-5 engineers) moving fast on a platform that serves nurses, patients, pharmacies, and an internal ops team - each with distinct product and technical needs. You'll report directly to engineering leadership and have immediate, meaningful ownership across the stack.\nThis is a high-autonomy role with low red tape. You'll work directly with customers and internal stakeholders, turn ambiguous problems into shipped products, and see the impact of your work quickly. If you thrive in an environment where you can identify a problem on Monday and have a fix in production by Friday, this is the right seat for you.\nWhat you’ll do:\nOwn and ship high-impact features end-to-end, from technical design through production.\nWork directly with nurses, pharmacy partners, and internal ops to understand real pain points and build solutions that address them.\nSet a high technical bar through design reviews, code review, and hands-on execution - not just oversight.\nIdentify and drive technical initiatives around code quality, observability, and testing without waiting for permission.\nTranslate ambiguous business requirements into concrete engineering plans and deliver them with minimal hand-holding.\nCollaborate across functions and communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders about tradeoffs and timelines.\nRequired skills:\n7+ years of professional experience as a software engineer.\nProficiency in Golang - this is our primary backend language.\nExperience with web services and REST API development.\nComfort working in early-stage product environments where requirements evolve rapidly.\nStrong written and written communication skills; you can work effectively across engineering, ops, and customer-facing teams.\nBased in the US and available to work on US hours.\nPreferred skills:\nExperience working on marketplace products.\nExperience in Frontend technologies.\nFamiliarity with AWS and Terraform.\nExperience with data analysis and SQL.\nBackground working on distributed teams.\nBS/MS/PhD in Engineering, Computer Science or related field\nWhat to expect from our hiring process:\nOur process runs in three rounds. You'll start with an intro call with the hiring manager, then a technical stage with our Staff Software Engineer. The final round is a set of conversations on technical depth, role fit, and how you work. From there, we talk to a few references by phone and make an offer.
