With 16 branches and five manufacturing facilities across the Pacific Northwest and Western Canada, we deliver quality countertops and exceptional customer experiences every day.\nWe are seeking an experienced Countertop Templater / CAD Technician to join our Boise/Meridian team. This is a hands-on technical position for someone who understands construction, measurements, CAD, and the importance of getting the details right.\nWhat You'll Do\nTravel to residential and commercial job sites to complete accurate countertop templates and measurements\nCreate digital drawings and CAD files for custom countertops and sinks\nPrepare files for CNC fabrication and production\nComplete work orders with precise measurements, sink and cooktop cutouts, faucet holes, radiuses, edges, and other specifications\nRead and interpret blueprints, schematics, and job specifications\nIdentify required modifications and communicate installation or templating requirements to customers\nWork closely with Sales, Operations, and Production to ensure accurate and timely job information\nRespond professionally to customer questions while on-site\nSubmit completed templates and work orders within required timelines\nMaintain company vehicle and equipment\nPerform other duties as assigned\nWhat We're Looking For\nExperience is required.
