FLOFORM manufactures, sells and installs over 20,000 premium surface countertops a year. Established in 1961, FLOFORM is proud to be one of Canada’s Best Managed Companies.\n\nPosition Summary:\n TheEstimator is responsible for compiling estimates of how much it will cost to provide a client or potential client with products or services.Responds to general inquiries, processes orders, and promotes additional sales.\nQualifications:\nHigh School Diploma with other relatable education\nPost Secondary Education considered an asset\n2 years estimating blueprints, and completing measurements and take offs\n2 years customer service experience with experience in similar industry (flooring, cabinets, tile, construction)\nBasic computer skills with experience using Microsoft Office products and ability to learn other software programs - estimating software\nStrong organizational skills, with attention to detail\nAbility to handle challenging situations with diplomacy and respect\nWorks well with team members to resolve issues and move forward in a proactive manner\nEffective verbal communication skills\nProficient mathematical skills with strong understanding of measurements and fractions\nAbility to solve problems as they arise\nDuties and Responsibilities:\nMaintains a current price list and informs customer of unit prices, shipping date, anticipated delays, and any additional information needed by customer\nInputs orders/quotes into the computer system and confirms availability of product\nResponds to customer inquiries and complaints, and coordinates activities with other departments as necessary;
