This role is ideal for someone with hands-on warehouse or production experience who enjoys leading teams, improving processes, and keeping operations running efficiently and safely.\nYou’ll play a key role in coordinating workflow, supporting your team, and ensuring products move smoothly from production to delivery.\nAbout Accent Countertops\nFounded in 1985, Accent Countertops specializes in the fabrication and installation of granite, quartz, and solid surface countertops.\nWith a 40,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Murray, Utah, and operations in Reno, Nevada, we’ve built a reputation as a trusted leader in countertop design, fabrication, and installation across the region.\nWhat You’ll Do\nLead and support production and warehouse team members during 2nd shift\nCoordinate daily workflow across receiving, production, and shipping\nLoad, unload, and move materials safely using forklifts and equipment\nOversee preparation of finished goods for installation and delivery\nMaintain an organized and efficient shipping and receiving area\nMonitor inventory and track in-transit materials\nPlan and coordinate deliveries, including communication with the Reno branch\nEnsure vehicles and equipment are maintained and operating safely\nCommunicate effectively with internal teams and external customers\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce costs\nTrain, coach, and develop team members\nHandle administrative tasks including scheduling, timecards, and performance reviews\nWhat You Bring\n1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role (warehouse or production preferred)\n3+ years of hands-on warehouse or material handling experience\nExperience with loading, receiving, and inventory processes\nStrong organizational and problem-solving skills\nComfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new systems\nAbility to lead, train, and motivate a team\nForklift and/or overhead crane certification (preferred)\nValid driver’s license (air brake endorsement a plus)\nAbility to lift heavy materials and stay active throughout the shift\nCompensation & Benefits\n Hourly Pay: $25-$30/hour\nMedical, Dental, and Vision coverage\nPaid Time Off (PTO)\nOpportunities for growth and advancement\nOur Culture\nAt Accent Countertops, we take pride in delivering high-quality products while maintaining a strong, team-oriented work environment.
