You'll join a business that values integrity, continuous improvement and professional development, providing opportunities to build a rewarding long-term career.\nWhat you’ll be doing\nService, commission and carry out reactive repairs on a range of natural gas, LPG, oil-fired and HVAC appliances.\nMaintain and service plant equipment including boilers, pumps, pressurisation sets, expansion vessels and flue systems.\nEnsure all servicing and maintenance activities are completed in accordance with manufacturer instructions and industry standards.\nParticipate in a regional call-out rota to provide responsive support to customers.\nCarry out fault finding and identify remedial works where required.\nBuild and maintain positive working relationships with clients, subcontractors and colleagues.\nEnsure all work is completed safely, following site-specific RAMS, COSHH information and company HSEQ procedures.\nAccurately complete documentation, timesheets and service records.\nMaintain company equipment and vehicles to a high standard.\nIdentify opportunities for additional works and provide accurate quotations where appropriate.\nParticipate in ongoing training and development to maintain technical competence and industry certifications.\nWhat we’ll need from you\nPrevious experience in a Service Engineer, Heating Engineer, HVAC Engineer or similar field-based engineering role.\nExperience servicing, commissioning and repairing gas, LPG, oil or HVAC systems.\nStrong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.\nCommitment to delivering exceptional customer service.\nA proactive and professional approach to work.\nExcellent communication and relationship-building skills.\nStrong understanding of health, safety and compliance requirements.\nAbility to work independently while contributing positively to a wider team.\nCommitment to continuous professional development and maintaining technical competence.\nFull UK driving licence.\nWhy join Protech Group?\nAt Protech Group, our people are key to our success.
