What You'll Be Doing
As Operations Manager, you will:
- Lead and develop an engaged operational workforce, creating a positive, accountable and safety-focused culture.
- Ensure outstanding customer service delivery through effective planning, resource management and operational execution.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to improve performance, efficiency and service levels.
- Manage operational budgets and deliver against agreed financial targets.
- Support and implement business change initiatives and strategic projects.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations and legal requirements.
- Champion a Safety First culture, promoting safe working practices across all operational activities.
- Build strong relationships with colleagues, customers and stakeholders to achieve shared business objectives.

- Experience managing budgets and delivering against financial targets.
- Demonstrated success in implementing operational improvements and managing change.
